Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet, stirring till crumbly. Drain, add in taco seasoning mix, chili beans and water. Cook till heated through, stir occasionally. Layer lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion on salad plates. Sprinkle with crushed chips. Top with grnd beef mix. Serve with additional chips. Yield: 4 servings.
