Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pack of Mrs. Grass' vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed well

Directions

  1. Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Add in vegetable soup mix and onion. Squeeze all water from spinach and add in to above mix. Refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs till vegetables are well moistened. Overnight is best. Serve with raw vegetables or possibly crackers.
