Easy Spinach Dip Recipe (by CookEatShare Cookbook)

Ingredients

1 pt. lowfat sour cream 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (as is) 1 med. onion, finely minced

1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, defrosted and liquid removed (or possibly the equivalent of fresh) 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with crackers of your choice or possibly cut out the center of a brown bread, fill well with dip and arrange extra brown bread slices around.
