Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pkg. English muffins
- 1 1/2 pound sausage
- 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can diced mushrooms, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 jar pizza sauce (Chef-boy-ar-dee)
Directions
- Brown meats and drain. Place muffin halves onto lightly buttered pizza pan. Spread a pat of butter over each muffin, then pizza sauce. Add in pepperoni and sausage-hamburger onto each individual muffin. Add in mushrooms, onions, Mozzarella cheese and top with Parmesan cheese. If you prefer a lighter sauce instead of Chef-boy-ar-dee use a medium can Contadina sauce with just a smidget of oregano mixed together. Bake just till muffins are brown at about 325 degrees. Makes a great snack or possibly for a meal.
