Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 4 c. ,water
  • 2 x Onions, green, chopped
  • 3 lrg Chard leaves, minced
  • 2 x Corn ears, kernels cut from cob (about 2 c.)
  • 4 ounce Tofu, hard or possibly soft, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Miso

Directions

  1. Heat water to a boil. Add in vegetables and tofu. Cook 5 min.
  2. Remove 1/4 c. water and dissolve the miso in it.
  3. Add in miso water to soup, lower heat and cook, stirring for 1 or possibly 2 min longer. Stir before serving, since good-quality misos tend to separate slightly.
