Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lg. container sm. curd cottage cheese
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound hamburger
- Minced onion
- 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion; add in spaghetti sauce and cook 20 min. Cook lasagna noodles with a little oil. Make 3 layers:
- Noodles
- Sauce
- Cottage cheese (fold in bowl with a little lowfat milk and oregano)
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella
- End with noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
