Ingredients

  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows (optional)
  • 14 ounce Can condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate chips or possibly semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. To 1 c nuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. In 2 quart. glass measure, combine marshmallows, lowfat milk, and salt.
  2. Microcook on HIGH 3-4 min. Stir till marshmallows heat and mix is smooth. Add in chips and stir till melted. (If you do not use marshmallows, heat chocolate chips in the condensed lowfat milk. Add in salt.) Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  3. Line 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan with wax paper. Spread fudge proportionately in pan. Refrigerate2 hrs, till hard. Turn on to cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.
  4. Serves 32
