Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Directions
- Combine chocolate chips, vanilla and salt in blender or possibly food processor fitted with steel knife and mix 30 seconds. Add in boiling cream and continue mixing 30 seconds more or possibly till chocolate is completely melted. Add in yolks and mix about 5 seconds. Transfer to bowl and allow to cold. Beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mix. Place in serving bowl or possibly wine glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Serve with whipped cream, if you like.
