Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 can stewed tomatoes (or possibly 2 fresh tomatoes plus 1/2 green pepper)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr (or possibly more to taste)
Directions
- Brown grnd beef with onion. Add in rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serves 4. (This recipe can easily be doubled or possibly tripled.)
