Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 dsh Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  •     Asparagus tips (optional)
  • 4 tsp Finely minced green onions

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Add in minced asparagus tips, if you like. Refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs before serving. Garnish each serving with 1 tsp. of finely minced green onions.
  2. Yield: 4 servings.
