Easiest Egg Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
4 Large eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
3/4 c. fresh lowfat milk
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a whisk.
Pour into 9 inch pie pan.
Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
May sprinkle extra nutmeg on top before baking.
