Easiest Egg Custard Pie

Easiest is an understatement. It's creamy and sweet and wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. fresh lowfat milk
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a whisk.
  2. Pour into 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
  4. May sprinkle extra nutmeg on top before baking.
