Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pound split peas
- 1 ham bone with some meat on it
- 3 quarts. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3 med. onions, minced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- Parsley
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook ham bone, peas and water for 2 hrs. Add in salt and pepper, celery, onions, potatoes, carrots. Cook 1 hour. Add in parsley and lowfat milk. Cook 10 min.
