Dora's Strawberry Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) baked pastry pie shell or possibly graham cracker crumb crust
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. prepared strawberry glaze, chilled
Directions
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze. Chill leftovers.
