- 1 x Pouch LIPTON 7 vegetable soup
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Grated cheddar cheese
Directions

- In a small bowl, blend Vegetable soup mix and sour. Add in grated chedddar cheese and refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs to allow flavors to blend.
- Makes 2 c. of dip. Can also be served in an avocado cut in half.
