Ingredients Convert Measures
- Pam spray
- 3/4 c. oats
- 1/4 c. oat bran
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 c. low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 med. apple, grated
- 2 tbsp. raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease 12 c. muffin tin with spray.
- Combine oats, oat bran, flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
- In large bowl combine juice, lowfat milk, egg and oil. Add in dry to liquid ingredients. Stir in apple and raisins till just mixed. Fill c. and bake 20 min or possibly golden.
