Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 med. apples, diced fine
  • 4 slices white bread
  • Artificial sweetener to equal 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine cinnamon, apples, vanilla and sweetener. Roll bread flat with rolling pin. Spoon apple mix onto center of bread. Roll bread as for jellyroll; fasten with toothpick. Bake for 10-15 min or possibly till brown. One roll equals one bread and one fruit exchange. Each roll is 116 calories.
