Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1/2 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in bowl. Beat till smooth. Put into a glass, greased microwave deep 10 inch pie pan. Bake in microwave on power level 6 for 5 1/2 min. Turn every 2 min. Cold slightly; pour syrup on top. 12 Oreo cookies, crushed 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (mix with 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk & 1 c. whip topping) 1 chocolate bar flaked More whip topping
  2. Cold crust completely. Next put on crushed cookies. Next put pudding mix on top. Then put flaked chocolate bar on top of which. Add in more whip cream, if you want.
