Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheeses
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (2 1/4) ounce. can deviled ham
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 to 4 drops warm sauce
  • 2 c. minced pecans

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese and deviled ham, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans. Refrigerate2 hrs. Divide cheese mix in half and shape in to 2 balls. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
