Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, liquid removed
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (16 ounce.) container lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
  • Dry or possibly fresh dill
  • 1 sm./med. can Underwood deviled ham
  • 1 lg. round loaf crusty dark bread

Directions

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften then blend it with lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, soup and spinach. Note: Lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese may all be substituted with their lowfat varieties.
  2. Add in deviled ham and dill to taste. Remember dry is stronger tasting. Cut a round circle from top of bread loaf to create a bowl. Hollow out loaf leaving sufficient to support dip. Cut bread taken out into bite-size pcs and serve with fresh variety of cut vegetables and crackers.
