Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix cake mix, Large eggs, water, and shortening till well blended. Stir in pecans. shape into small balls, then roll each in powdered sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. Makes about 48 cookies.
