8 ounce tofu soft or possibly silken

1/3 c. apple juice, frzn concentrate (1/3 to 1/2) or possibly apple/ berry juice concentrate berries

Directions

Whir in blender until smoothmix lightly
serve in dessert c., garnish with whole berries and mint leaves
