Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 7 1/2 c. peeled minced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 to 2 onions, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. In large saucepan combine potatoes and onions and sufficient water to just cover. Cook till tender. Stir in seasonings and soups till well blended. Add in lowfat sour cream just before serving. Heat but never boil after lowfat sour cream is added. If soup is too thick, small amount of water may be added. (Great served with warm corn bread.)
