Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pkt or possibly small jar dry chipped beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  •     garlic pwdr to taste
  •     onion pwdr to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line bottom of baking dish with dry chipped beef. Place chicken on top of dry beef. Mix lowfat sour cream, undiluted cream of mushroom soup, onion and garlic powders. Pour over the chicken, and spread it around. Cook, uncovered, for 2 1/2 hrs. Sprinkle with paprika.
