Ingredients

  • 4 slc bacon, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 bag frzn peas
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, minced salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 c. light cream, Or possibly
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Fry bacon; add in onion. Cook till soft and yellow. Add in flour and blend. Add in peas and cream. Cook till thick, stirring occasionally. Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 min. Add in to peas and season with salt and pepper.
