Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 c. Green pepper, minced
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 6 dsh Cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 x Iceberg lettuce, cut up
- 2 x Tomatoes, minced
- 8 ounce Dorito chips, crumbled
Directions
- Brown beef well. Add in green pepper and onion; saute/fry till done. Season with salt, pepper, chili pwdr and cumin. Meanwhile, in double boiler, over simmering water, heat Velveeta with Rotel tomatoes. To serve, place a layer of lettuce and tomatoes on individual serving plates. Cover with warm meat mix. Sprinkle with Doritos. Ladle over warm cheese sauce.
