Ingredients

  • 3 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 box Ritz crackers, finely crushed
  • 2 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/3 c. Parmesan, grated
  • 2 1/4 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 T dry chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Pull stems off mushrooms and throw away. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp towel and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stuff each mushroom cap with shrimp mix and set on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 min.
