Curry Cauliflower

More and more research is showing that the spice turmeric which is an ingredient in curry, is having an excellent anti inflammatory effect and helping with arthritis, Alzheimer disease, Crohn's disease and many more ailments that are caused by inflammation. If you are a curry lover, you will LOVE this very simple way to prepare fresh cauliflower.
*Note: Adding black pepper is important as it works as a catalyst to activate the anti inflammatory properties of the turmeric which is in curry powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut up to bite size pieces
  • Curry powder
  • Salt and fresh ground Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut up cauliflower into bite size pieces. Toss it with olive oil to a heavy coat. Sprinkle curry powder and toss to coat. Use an amount of curry that will create a dark color on the cauliflower.
  2. Spread cauliflower in a single layer in a glass baking dish, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
