Cubed Steak With Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

4 cubed steaks
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper

Directions

Brown steaks on both sides in small amount of oil. Meanwhile, saute/fry in butter the green pepper and onion. Pour over the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Add in mushroom soup and water. Cover; simmer slowly for about 1 hour.
