Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked long grain and wild rice
  • 1 pkg. frzn peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 c. bottled buttermilk or possibly creamy Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and toss. Add in salad dressing and mix again. Toss again right before serving.
