Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/2 c. cooked long grain and wild rice
- 1 pkg. frzn peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1/2 c. red pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/3 c. bottled buttermilk or possibly creamy Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and toss. Add in salad dressing and mix again. Toss again right before serving.
