Crowning Glory Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Cheese soup 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef 1/3 c. Minced onion 1/4 c. Minute rice,Uncooked

1 x Egg, beaten 1 tsp Salt 3 x strip Bacon cut in half

Directions

1. Combine 1/2 can of soup with all ingredients except bacon.
2. Mix throughly. In shallow baking dish, (l3 x 9 x 2) shape firmly into ring-2 inches high with 4 inch opening. Place bacon on ring and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Top loaf with remaining soup.
3. Bake 5 min more.
4. Makes 4 to 6 servings
