Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 2 can (15-ounce) pork & beans, not liquid removed
- 1 can (15-ounce) kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can Lima beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. Catsup
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- Garlic pwdr
Directions
- Brown meat in skillet & drain off fat. Fry bacon. Saute/fry onion in bacon drippings & drain off excess grease. Break up bacon in small pcs. Add in everything to a heated crockpot & cook on low setting 4-6 hrs. Stir occasionally if possible. (Delicious. Guys love it on a cool winter day better than chili.)
