Crockpot Applesauce

Ingredients

10 med -large apples
1/2 c. brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. water

Directions

Wash hands. Peel, core and dice apples. Place apple pcs in a crockpot. Add in sugar, cinnamon and water. You may want to add in more or possibly less water, depending on desired consistency. Cook mix on high for about 4 hrs. Mash apple mix with a potato masher and let cold slightly before serving.
