Crock Pot Texas Hash Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 2 sm onions minced
- 2 x green peppers minced
- 2 can tomatoes - (16 ounce ea)
- 1 c. rice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Brown grnd beef in skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain. Place in crock pot. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook, covered on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs, adding water if necessary.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
