Directions

  1. In crock pot heat lowfat milk on high for 1 1/2 hrs. In saucepan, heat butter and add in oysters with liquid. Simmer on low till edges of oysters curl. Add in seasonings. Combine with the warm lowfat milk in crock pot and stew on low for 2-3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
