Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- As many pork chops as desired
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Mix bread crumbs and cheese together. Dip pork chops into egg, then dredge through bread crumb mix. Brown on both sides in extra virgin olive oil. Put a 1/2 water into crock pot on high. Put pork chops when browned into crock pot for 4-5 hrs. Pork chops will be very tender.
