Crock Pot Hamburger Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 env onion soup mix
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce.)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. cooked and liquid removed macaroni
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Crumble hamburger in bottom of crock pot.
- Add in seasonings.
- Mix together water, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Add in celery and carrots. Pour over meat in pot. Cook on low 9 hours. Turn control to high. Add in cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cook on high for 15 minutes.
