Crock Pot Chicken And Rice

Great way to use up leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound chicken (cooked & cut in chunks)
  • 2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2-3 cans water
  • 2 (4 ounce.) cans mushrooms (with liquid)
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion sup mix (or 1 can onion soup)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Butter crock pot.
  2. Mix rice and chicken chunks.
  3. Pour in crock pot.
  4. Mix soups, liquid, mushrooms and seasonings.
  5. Pour over rice and chicken in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hrs.
