Crispy Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryer, cut up & skinned
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing or possibly Miracle Whip Lite reduced calorie salad dressing
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash salt & pepper
Directions
- Brush chicken with salad dressing, coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 13"x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
