Ingredients Convert Measures
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. thawed, well-liquid removed frzn cut spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, liquid removed, finely minced
- 3 tbsp. minced pimentos
- 1 pound loaf dark bread
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir in onions, spinach, water chestnuts and pimentos. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Cut top off bread, scoop out bread to create a bowl, fill with spinach dip. Serve with scooped-out bread cut into cubes and/or possibly crackers. 3 1/2 c..
