Creamy Spinach Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed, well liquid removed
- 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together; mix well; chill. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers. Makes 2 1/2 c.. You can substitute yogurt for lowfat sour cream.
