Creamy Spinach Dip Recipe (by CookEatShare Cookbook)

Ingredients

1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise

1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced fine; optional 3 green onion, finely minced

Directions

1. Squeeze spinach, till dry. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hrs. Makes 3 c.. Serves a crowd.
