Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced fine; optional
- 3 green onion, finely minced
Directions
- Squeeze spinach, till dry. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hrs. Makes 3 c.. Serves a crowd.
