Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 envelope "Good Seasons" Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Stir together dressing mix, sugar and mayonnaise till sugar is dissolved. Whisk in vinegar. Stir in lowfat milk. Whip till smooth. If chilled this may thicken. Just thin with more lowfat milk. Excellent on greens with sharp Cheddar and bacon.
  2. P.S. For delicate garden lettuce, omit "Good Seasons" and increase sugar to 3 Tbsp..
