Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 pound fresh string beans or possibly
- 1 can string beans
- Salt
- 3-4 tbsp. flour
- 2-3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 quart. water
Directions
- Cook beans in salted water. Mix flour with small amount of water till smooth. Add in lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk; mix well. When beans are cooked, pour cream mix over beans; add in vinegar. Let soup come to a boil. Serve warm.
