Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 1/2 c. Fresh corn kernels (about 8 ears)
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in corn kernels and lowfat milk. Sprinkle with cornstarch, sugar, and salt; stir well.
  2. Bring mix to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring constantly, 10 to 12 min. Serve immediately.
