Ingredients

  • 3 c. Pancake mix
  • 3 c. Cream of wheat
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk, 1% lowfat
  • 6 x Egg
  • 12 tsp Vegetable oil Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. Spray griddle with cooking spray. In bowl, combine pancake mix and cereal.
  2. Blend lowfat milk, egg and vegetable oil; stir into cereal mix. Pour scant 1/4 c batter onto warm griddle for each pancake. cook till bubbly, turn and cook till goldern brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. NOTES : If you like top with fruit, and serve topped with yogurt mixed with honey- 2 (8 ounce) container nonfat yogurt,any flavor & 2 Tbls. Honey.
