Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. Chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange marmalade
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 4 x Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (up to 6)
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, marmalade, and allspice; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, slowly brown chicken on both sides in oil. Pour the sauce mix over chicken. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 min or possibly till chicken is cooked thoroughly. Turn and baste occasionally.
  3. Makes 4 to 6servings.
  4. To prepare this in the microwave cook the chicken breasts for 4 to 5 min on high. Put everything together and heat for 2 more min.
