Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 pkt Frzn won-ton skins
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Or possibly small package frzn crabmeat, or possibly fresh!
  •     Lowfat sour cream
  •     White garlic pwdr to taste

Directions

  1. Add in a dollop of lowfat sour cream to cheese and cream till mayonnaise consistency. Stir in liquid removed crabmeat, add in garlic pwdr. Place a round teaspoonful on won-ton skin and wrap like an egg roll. Seal edge with beaten egg white. Deep fry till golden brown, and serve warm!
