Ingredients

  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper - (to 2)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 lrg garlic cloves Salt to taste
  • 3 lb country-style back ribs Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce (see recipe)

Directions

  1. For marinade, in a food processor, combine all ingredients except ribs; process till well-blended. Pour marinade over ribs and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight in fridge.
  2. Heat grill till warm. Drain meat, place on warm grill and cook 8 to 10 min. Turn and brown other side, 6 to 8 min.
  3. Serve with Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
